Firstly my commiseration buying the worst E2 box out there, am assuming this is the single tuner as you have not added twin to it.

password is normally set by you and if its the factory image it should not have one. if you have flashed it with a new image and leaving it blank does not work, thann your going to have to ask where you got the image from or flash it with WOS image here http://www.world-of-satellite.com/showthread.php?9954-World-of-Satellite-IQ-CoolTV-EPG-Edition-31-07-11-lean-and-fast! or any others in that section

Stanman, Do you know where i could download user manual for reciever, This is the second reciever sent from supplier with no user manual and i think the pair of them were returned as 0000 should be factory password and must have been changed before, Trying to set box up to view 19.2 and 28.2, thanks.

There is no password on the factory image and if you want to use it with other sats etc, your gonna have to flash it with an image from here

I would suggest the WOS image or any of the DWIQ - try as current as possiable.

Once you have flashed the image you will be able to change the password.

Your not going to be able to utilise it to the max on the factory image imho.

No, Technomate do not supply manuals, this can be verified by contacting TM direct. Easiest option is good Dreambox 800 manual, more or less same menus.
