SGTFlipFlop E2 settings - Sky Numbering Optimized

This bouquet is based on the 21st September bouquet. SGTFlipFlop now includes Sky numbering in the bouquets. I have simply edited channel numbers and names and also added channel skipping so if you move channel up or down it will skip placeholder channels.

All credit goes to SGTFlipFlop.

*Note that all adult channels have been removed.
