Tuner Settings for xtrend 6000

I have it set to

simple
single
28.2E

But I keep getting, service unavailable check tuner configuration and crossepg wont download, the same settings work on a vu solo, any ideas.

More info on this problem, when I do a scan it picks up all the channels but my peg download fails and I keep getting the check tuner error message
