Vu+Duo Black Hole Mgcamd 1.35 Setup?

There doesn't seem to be a tutorial on how to install Mgcamd on the Black Hole image ? the latest Black hole image is currently 1.7.7 rev. B. Would be nice to know which files are needed and how to setup.

Hi,
I'm having trouble getting 1.35 to run / start / autostart on my VU+ duo 2 running BH 2.0.9.1. I cannot seem to find the softcam manager in any settings menu
Is there any setup instructions for BH images?
