Hi I am having problems when trying to input my info in the ip menu
it comes up with the menu but i cant do anything with it to put my
info in i have put 5 or 6 patchers on but it is still the same, I have
put my info on a usb stick and downloaded to the box but it still wont
work. Can any one help me please to get my info into the box. :confused:

did you also press the button for connection to be established
in the ip settings menu have you dhcp enabled
and have you tried entering the details by remote and make sure that you use the right protocol.

if i understand the problem correctly then try this.
press ip button and the put in password 8281 this should take you to the page to enter enter details
