I have no Satellites/Transponders so I cant tuner

Hello all,

I was going to tune in my gigablue.
Im using a diseqc switch.

so I went to the setting, picked the diseqc ABCD as I have 4 inputs

This is the situtation I put d as being 28.8
But thats it, that is the only satellite I can pick....
So im guessing there must be some file I have to download to show the other satellites can anyone help? or point me in the direction

only 28.8 shows on the box no other satellites available so cannot tune
