Unstable Updates? & Wrong Build?

I wanted to know does the option "Allow unstable (untested) updates" need to be on Yes or No? the reason why I ask is when it's on "No" and i try to do a Software update via my VU+Duo box it finds no updates but once it's on "Yes" option it finds updates?

Also I noticed when doing a Software update and going to "Information" and "About" in their it's showing Build 274 instead of Build 275? which is currently the latest build.

275 is most likely an unstable build ( not fully tested )
no update when the option is set to no, means only stable updates are available

you could if you wish, set it to yes, this will enable plugin downloads, but you do not have to "update as well" once you have the pluins you require, reset the option to no

also some plugins might be unstable, this is due to compatibilty of the new build, hence unstable
