Shareing vuduo with pc

Hi all
i have just updated my vuduo and cant work out ware i am going wrong so need a bit of help please

before my update to latest ver of vix i was able to view the duo hard and root folders on my pc by my computer/network and the vu would show up as a networked computer . i am not sure if this was a plugin or by me turning on one of the network options on the vu but now i can no longer see the vu as a network computer :confused:

i could try turning on all network option but this tends to be overkill for the vu and is the main reason for me doing the new update
can some please advise how i can get this back

Did you activate Samba (Network --> Samba)?

Hi Rob , yes samba is running , strange this is its working on the laptop but not the main desktop pc .

it did show on the desktop briefly then went again?
