It depends where you are in the UK unless your north of Birmingham you may well need a bigger dish Tv2pl is on the nordic beam on 0.8w and has the same signal as the canal nordic hd film channels, on 4.8 tv2pl 1 is oin a different transponder to tv2pl 2 and 3 i personally have found the 4.8 variants to be a harder catch.Just to note that tv2pl is only allowed to show 1 premier league 3pm game on a sat and no English commentary.

if your dish alignment is correct, and by that, I mean spot on, you should be able to get a sig stength of about 55/65% ( also a feed horn helps as well )

test on bbc world, you should get very near 100% sig strength

As pointed out you wont get the Nordic beam on 4.8° east your out of reliable reception for your size of dish you would need at least 1.8m+ to get a sniff, Again TV2 on 0.8° west is again on the K1 nordic beam so not a chance sorry, That beam starts fading from the east coast and onwards.

BBC World is on a different beam T2 Pan European so you should get a signal on that but that beam does not carry any of the Nordic channels .

th op is asking about thor .08 west
and with 89% on bbc world, it should be posiblebut the dish may need a slight tweak, try manully flexing the dish left/right, and up/down, my guess is, you shoulf get it at around 55% which is just enough to get a piccy
