where do I copy webcam viewer

Hi, I have just downloaded webcam viewer from the downloads section for my vu+ duo.

Instruction state - unzip and copy all files by ftp.

Being new to this, can someone please give me a step by step guide as to how I do this.

It's in the plugin feeds, install it from there.
Menu -> Plugins -> Green Button -> extensions
