Hi Guys,

Could someone point me in the direction of a download of build 237?

My online update is playing up and on the openvix site I only seem to be able to access build 2.04

is it right tspanel does not work with vix 3.0? anyone know if tspanel will be updated to become compatable?

For what reason do you need TS Panel?

only the tspanel guys will know if/when there software is compatible.

if you want to update image you can do so via telnet aswell

issue the commands in telnet

init 4
opkg update
opkg upgrade
init 6

there is a version 6.4 which at least can be installed if you use the MIPS32EL version.

TSpanel in it self is not a bad tool to keep handy, my gripe is that a lot of people rely too heavily on the panel as a source of their plugins and when that source is no longer available they are unable to do any thing for them selves. My other big gripe is the apparent lack of quality control exorcised by some of the contributors to the panel, which in many cases can result in a lot of problems for the end user.

Why is it difficult to appreciate that a lot of people bought a Vu just for watching TV without any problems? Must we all be nerds to make use of a Vu in your opinion?

if thats your opinion then just get a sky receiver. or stay with ViX 2.1 otherwise why bother ?.

No but a modecum of understanding of the Box and how to set up Basic things Duch as epg and cccam is not too much to do. what will you do when tspanel and Its Server disappear?
