Hi Guys,

I'm attempting to set up a cron job, when I log in to cron manager I get a message saying checking feed status, followed by 'do you want to install busybox....'

This happens every time I open Cron Manager. If I choose no, I go back to the menu, if I choose yes, I can schedule cron jobs. The problem I have is that neither the start/autostart functions in cron manager seem to do anything. I press the associated key on the remote but nothing changes.

Any ideas?

2- What skin are you using?
3- What do you mean with 'when I log in to cron manager'? Are you using telnet?

1. Vix 3.0
2. Vix magic HD
3. I actually meant when I open Cron Manager from the menu. Not, when I log in.

OK, in Magic-HD was a flaw in cronmanager I recently fixed; if you update to build 237 you should be fine.

Whenever I try an online update, I get a message ' A background update check is in progress please wait a few minutes and try again', trouble is nothing changes after waiting?

I tried to download 237 from the downloads link but I can only see build 204, is 237 available for download anywhere and I will flash it.

Think of it as a timer system. You can set a cron job to run a particular process/appliaction at a cetain time.
