i downloaded opkg-tools v1.2 from the oe-alliance repo

theres an issue trying to install this on my ultimo. these are the errors it gives upon installation:-


Collected errors:
* deb_extract: enigma2-plugin-extensions-opkg-tools_1.2_mipsel.ipk: invalid magic
* pkg_init_from_file: Failed to extract control file from enigma2-plugin-extensions-opkg-tools_1.2_mipsel.ipk.


has anyone got an ipk that works?
or if its built into the image somewhere where are the binarys/instructions?

What image are you using?
It's in the VIX plugin feeds & installs fine from there.

must of had a blind moment earlier when i checked the feeds, thats why i went hunting elsewhere for it.
