Ferguson Ariva 202E HD Updated to V1.19 then died

i have update my 202E with V1.19B1 and now my receiver wont turn on!! the receiver is completely dead nothing even on the digital display. it's only a Few days old also. Have i voided my warranty by installing this patch???

Can anyone help me please. Got my new 202E yesterday and went in search for any new update patches straight away. Found the V1.19B1 and proceeded to update!
Got a message straight away saying BIN not the same do you still want to continue which i did due to my lack of experience! The box didn't boot up again after this and never got a picture on the TV only a few figures on the digital display on the front receiver. tried powering it down but still got the same result so unplugged for 10mins then tried it again. now the receiver is completely dead with noting on the display at all. is there anyway back from this????? also has me patching the receiver to V1.19B1 voided my Warranty???

Didn't know here had a Ferguson section so done a search on Google and downloaded from first place i found - sat universe

Sorry for my in experience but how do i do that if i can't get my receiver to turn on?? can this be done through the rs232 with some type of software??

hmm try contacting whoever you brought it from, if it doesn't turn on I have no idea what has happened to it as i dont have one
