technomate tm800hd wont boot just says starting

hi could someone give me instructions how to get my box back up and running, it crashed the other day and when rebooted it stays on the starting screen av read that av got to put a new image file on be great if u people can give me the info on how to do this

the simplest thing would be to reflash the receiver.

When you put a new image on you will LOSE ALL YOUR SETTINGS
