Vu+Duo, VTi and ftp?

I changed my image in Vu+Duo from Vu+ Original into VTi. Now I can't get the ftp-connection any more. What is the correct login username? Is root still valid?

make sure ur ftp program is not saving a password u may had set before when using the original image. also have a look on ur network settings, may be the ip is different this time.

What u have to remember when changing images is that ur resetting the vu to a virgin state apart from the few satellites incorporated in the image all other data is wiped clean so in this case your user/password is reset to root/leave blank

as a reminder to myself i have when changing images alway left my ftp to a set user/password so when i do start up loading data it rejects if its not the one i use. its a simple case of being in the mindset to make that ur first action when making changes.
