Any chance someone can tell me where to get an Mgcamd file so I can install in my box as the link on this forum looks like the files are corrupt and wont install

i have just tried to install itand it will not do it as it is failing to extract but thanks for you help

I dont know what your doing.. but you have not even downloaded the file i posted above..

So how do you know if its working or not.. ??

I installed this on my Ultimo.. just 30 mins ago..

i have downlowded it at 1956 and sent it to my tmp folder and tried to installit but it is sayin invalid magic and failed to extract

you dont have to extract it.. Its not a zip file..

Its the raw ipk file..

that is the error the box gives me that the file is not extracting

Reflash the box and try again..

just make sure to make a copy of all your cfg files..

i have reflash and can not install the mgcamd file for the love of god or money.Any one can get me an earlier working version of it and post here please.

for clarification guys we do not permit softcams to be uploaded to the forum what so ever. all ViX compatible cams can be found in the above 4shared link, this is the only method we will permit on the forum with regard to softcams.

Just install it from the plugin menu.

They should also be on openvix.co.uk
