Totally baffled loaded new image run through newbie guide cant get anything only default screen scanned for satellites no services found any help appreciated

have u setup your tuners correctly, what is ur setup and connection.
after setting the tuners, u need either to load some setting into ur box or do a manual/automatic scan and so u get channels to be viewed on the box.

just manage to service scan eurobird 28.2e i think i will have do load 1 by 1

just as Sloth said, u can transfer the whole setting to your box at once. u can even edit it using dreambox edit for example to suit u...
just save the positions and u r good to go, no need to scan each one on its own.

I had a couple of issues yesterday with my new box when setting up the tuners - I've got a twin LNB so had to set tuner B up as "second cable of motorized LNB tuner A", when I set it up independently it was very flakey. sounds really obvious now but sorted out some pretty confusing issues when I changed it.
