- ChannelSelection: Add preview mode in Radio and TV mode
When you are already in TV mode pressing TV mode will zap to the selected channel without closing the ChannelSelection screen the same is valid for the Radio mode when pressing the Radio mode
- dvbci: detect 'Multi' in CI name
- ServiceList: Add option to display percentage values instead of progressbars
