Lost certain sky hd channels

this happened yesterday i was using the Ggiant image 19/08/2010, with likra's settings 20/08/2010 and CCam214, all of a sudden i could not clear Showcase,espn,comedy central,syfy and i've forgot what else:rolleyes:

the point is i couldn't find a reason for it, i check the cards ntits and got 14/10 but i put the card back in the orginal box for 12 hours and when i put it back in the Duo i got everything back.

now i'll be buggered if i've not put on the latest Gigant image 29/08/2010 with likra's settings 02/09/2010, still using CCcam214, now i've lost the channels again.

Are you sure the card is updating properly in the duo ? i take it we are talking about a certain white card here.

no i havn't mate, seeing as i'm using Likra of only a couple of days old i woudn't have thought it nesscessary would you?

what can i say mate more than my orignal post, the nitits i posted above 14/10/2010 were/are still showing on the Duo, and the fact that it seemed to work after updating in the oprginal box, thats' what stumping me, me mates clearing it ok from me, now that's really P******g me off:D

hmmm I can see your predicament know m8 ? just an outside chance (you have probably already checked anyway) are the frequency's right for the said channels ? if so why not try the sat list from here (the 1 sic posted) i use this and have no problems other than FX Hd which only seems to work @ night .

Also check you .cfg and make sure :TRY ALL CHIDS = yes (although mine doesn't even have that option).

Try all CHIDS is for Irdeto

after sitting not knowing what else to try, i did a manual scan of 28.2 and after that everything cleared, so it seems that it was the settings that wern't up to date.
strange that likra dont do that with new release's or certainly in this case.
