Urgent help needed

My technomate tm800 keeps rebooting after image update

software encountered problem, then reboots. Dont know where to go from here.

did you factory reset before the update?
did the box display "success" in the VFD?
Did it automatically restart or did you have to power-off/on?
Did it show "starting" on screen?
Did it go into the wizard mode?
What happened then?
