update trouble

Hi

I´m trying to reinstall my brothers Vu+ Uno (VIX 2.3). If I flash 2.3.GM there is no problem, but if I flash 2.3.204 the box won´t boot.
It flashes ok but is stuck rebooting with the vfd saying "starting".

It is the same story if I flash 2.3.GM and try to update online.

Is it a fpga issue? Where do I find the latest TS_PRO.DAT ?
(I believe it's programmed with TS_PRO.DAT ver. 4.4)
