Issue with remote or box laggy change and non resonsive

Hey all,

its been a while since i have been using the Vu Uno+ and have been pleased with this box but recently been having a issue where if i want the remote to work i have press many keys and then it works but the there is a red flash on the remote followed by the green indicator on the box but nothing happen e.g. channel wont change. is this a box issue or remote any tips or solutions.

No nothing has changed regarding my setup just recently started a month ago what i dont understand is when i press a button the light flashes on the box yet nothing happens so if i press the off button the box receives the remote signal yet it does not turn off i have to mess up with a few buttons then it works. Strange issue but its does get frustrating :(

I know you most probably have but have you tried changing the batteries in the remote control, or tried using a different remote ?
