OpenTV will not download but Rytec works

Hi

I am using the latest Vix image 2.4.213, and am experiencing issues with the downloading of the epg I have always used the OpenTV provider without any issue. I have changed the destination from hdd to usb and internal flash without any joy, I have even tried to remove the plugin and re-install, remove the epg.dat and crossepg folder. Below is the log extract

Clearly, the rytec has worked fine but anyone have any idea as to why the opentv does not send the DOWNLOAD command?
