I have a problem of delay from the time I press the remote, and the box.

Which remote are you using? (third party, i.e. harmony, the new universal remote, or the original vu remote?!)

using original remote.
on channel list I press example down, and sometimes it takes couple of seconds till scroll down on box.

Do you have picons installed on local hdd?!

yes, picons in internal HDD.

Then that is your problem. move to usb or internal flash`

LOL, because exactly this issue has been described dozens of times on this very forum........

It's a very well known problem that when you house picons on a hard drive it will dramatically slow down zapping times as the drive must spinup every time to search for the picon first. This is not a problem when using a USB stick or the internal flash for housing picons.
