picture screen in menu problem

Hi all,i have installed the latest vix image build 206 i think it was after previous ones kept crashing.I also have a skin downloaded from vix plugins,but for some reason my picture in the menu setup screen,as in tv picture showing is off centre,like a rectangle in rectangle with a gap down the one side? how do i correct this,my tv already has overscan off.
Also info bar on tv channel,is slightly short on the right of screen,i have tried adjusting ocd but cannot get rid of both problems,cheers.

I did read about this yesterday but doing a search i could not find it again!
