does anyone know how to get talkover switched off only seem to have it on hd channlrs thanks

Hi..
Just press your audio button and change the audio from MPEG Nat to MPEG English..

This should fix your problem..

I've got this but it seems to go back to narration all the time ?

Go to Menu , system, Av-settings and change to Dolby digital default = yes
