2.4 Crashing on update (to build 204)

Just performed an update via the VIX menu, to build 204 on version 2.4. The box crashes over and over on reboot, i dowload the last version from OPenvix downloads i flash my box the sime problem the box crash, on the sreen i read something like screen test problem.

This is typically the risk of installing images, when the feeds are set to 'unstable' (red flashing icon on box). Make sure always to have a settings (and preferably also an image) backup when doing so.

Agreed, its always best to have a full set of backups just incase. Also as to the original problem Andy is working up a fix now.
