Do you have any telnet tools such as DCC or putty ?

Putty is the best, google it and download for free.

When you have one of them let me know.

right downloaded putty and unzipped it

Now you need to try and establish a connection to your box, for this you need your box IP user name { should be root } and password if your have set one.

Box needs to be on and yes you need to try and connect via telnet.

Download the Putty Program
When the Putty is loaded
Telnet to your box
(You'll need to know the IP Address of your box_ for example 192.168.0.2)

Once the Putty Telnet session is established you will need to login

Username: root
Password: <this will probably be blank if you haven't changed it>

Once your logged in you can then issue the reboot command.
