fast forward and rewind not working

hi gang.

when i record somethin (i am using the open PLI vu suport edition) when i watch it back if i press forward to faster than 16x and then press lay it goes straight back to where it was. similary when i rewind it jumps straight to 8x then when you press play it jumps again straight to where you were.


anyone know about this?

yeah mate had the same problem using the same image, the latest update solved the problem

update using the online updater or did you just format and grab an update from this forum?

yep just updated through the menu>setup>software mangement>software update, hope this helps

every time i do this update i get an error stating my box may be unusable!
