VIX 2.4 No network conection

Hi just installed VIX 2.4 and the VU+ no longer apears in my computer under 'network' where on 2.3 it appeared under network in my computer and i cound access the hard drive & root folder to transfer files from laptop to VU+ & vice versa.
Anyone have any ideas.
