no signal

hey guys got a question for u
i'm a noob in sats so been looking for some great stuff and came with ultimo that seemed most allround reciever
looks good but here is the prob for some reason i can't seem to find a signal i do get agc but no snr
has anybody got advice wether i got some basic settings wrong?

ultimo + multiswitch 17/6 3 quattro lnb's

1) Who set up the multiswitch, LNB connections and the 3 dish alignments?
2) have you correctly set up the STB´s in the enigma image to support this arrangement?

2) is pretty easy, but 1) is more difficult unless set up by a professional who can check correct alignment and that each connection between the multiswitch and the LNB's work correctly.

What signals are you trying to pick up? 3 fixed dishes is (for me) unusual.
