hdmi probs

hi i have a samsung 40" series 5 580 class full hd 1080p.with vu+duo.the problem is the tv will not find the hdmi lead its saying.no devise is connected.there are 4 hdmi sockets on tv its not showing on any.i am using hdmi cable that came with box.my av settings
video output dvi
mode 1080i
refresh rate multi
display -
display-
ac default no
ac3 downmix yes
have i got something wrong thanks in advance

if you goto source mode on your tv does it see it that way?if not try new hdmi cable

no it does not see it m8 cant try new cable till tomoz when i can pick on up thanks m8

just make sure to push the cable in the vu to the max, it is a bit hard and tricky.

well i never i swear i pushed that lead as hard as i could.must be getting weaker in my old age ( got the wife to pust it ha ha ) works a treat now thanks a lot m8
