First time use, vix question

Hello folks, i got my vu+duo dispatched on Monday and it arrived Tuesday morning. The only things that were pre installed was hdd and vix. Can you tell me if its possible, was it the latest image, if not can you tell me how to install the latest image. Thanks in advance for replies.:)

The very latest version of the ViX image available is 2.4-155 you can check this by going to Menu> information> about on your receiver.

when a update is made available you will see a green update icon flashing on the infobar ( red icon for a unstable update if you have unstable updates selected ).
You can perform the update by pressing Blue button> ViX> software update.
