CrossEPG + Solo

I have the latest VIX image installed and External hdd 1TB. I setup CrossEPG but on downloading the tv channel keeps going but the download stops with PARSING EVENTS in the bottom right hand corner and the VIX logo in top left of the screen.

Try deleting the EPG file and downloading again, also how old is your boquet?

Its about a week old. I tried initialising the hard drive again and starting from scratch but still the same

Have the same problem here,exactly.....last week epg download and bouquets.No harddrive just on usb

I have just connected the hdd to the pc, deleted volumn and connected to the solo. Will let you know how I get on

Also have this problem, load epg file it will usually freee and the VIX logo appears before all is parsed or loaded, have found that if i restart enigma before i try to update the epg, through the Menu... Start/restart.. then it will load epg normally.
