Can any1 tell me how can i transfer Vu solo Recording Video to MY PC ???

You could use something like FileZilla to FTP it from the Solo to the pc..

Use any ftp client on your PC to connect to the box, then copy it over.
Other than that, as you are recording on a Solo, presume you are recording to a USB drive?
If so, plug the USB drive into your PC & job done...
