stuck on radio

hi guys
just got this box and as yoiu do was playing with it and pressed tv/rad
now its stuck on radio and i cant find how to get it back to tv

got it back onto tv but had to go through the webinterface to do it,
must be a way to do it with the remote!!!!

update* no matter what i tried i could not get the back back to tv from radio

so in the ended up reflashing the box
