how to change boot logo in db500s

hi guys i need your help i am trying to change boot logo in db500s box with pli img. so i download this "TMPGEnc 5.0.5.32" & i got my logo in jpeg format.

i tried a lot to change jpeg format into mvi format by using tmpgenc, but there is no way i can change in db accaptable format by using this tmpgenc.

so which version of TMPGEnc I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD, TO EXACTLY FOLLOW ABOVE INSTRUCTIONS. please let me know the version, i will download exactly what you suggest me.

Search around for Dream_Logo_Generator.rar on rapidshare or 4shared. It will automate everything. You only need to choose the jpeg file of your choice. : )
