What is the best image for a newbee to set up and master, have tryed acouple but notice the same buttons do different things with different images

I have an ET9200 and assumed that the best image would be provided that site, but found it over complex and for a basically German WEB site not always professional (sorry but that' s how I see it), with over night images sometimes missing components that were there before.
VIX for me is stable, relatively straight forward to install (and modify as you get more experience) and the image is upgraded as far as I can see when there is a reason :)

If you just want to watch and listen to TV/Radio, it just works. Other components - e.g. accessing my media libraries on my NAS boxes just does not work, but as the software component is the same as other images and I have access to my movies etc through another unix box (HDI Dune) it's not a big deal.:D
