Gigblue hd 800se. how to record from usb

Hi all..

got a gigablue 800se running the team red image..
just wondering if anyone knew how to set up the usb recording.
aslo if anyone knew how to tune the digital tuner i would most appreciate it.

Sorry can't help on the recording side as not sure how the image is set up for it. press menu and see if it has a timer settings but beside that for instant record the remote should have a record button - probably a red dot. You will need to connect the HDD to the box and than reboot and go into the HDD menu and initlaise it - again will be in the setup menu.

As for the tuner - find a good set of boquets from the enigima 2 settings forum and send them to the box - tutorial on how to do in my signature.

You will need to set the tuner for your sat if its singe than need to press menu>setup>tuner configuration single>simple>your sat.

To instant record, just press the red record button, just above CH up/down button on the remote.

For timer recordings there's a few of options,

menu>timer>green (add timer) then you can manually add timer recordings

If you've installed/set-up Cool TV guide, press RED to launch it, then use up/down/left/right to navigate to the channel/programme you want to record (will be highlighted in white) then press Green to add timer

Or from the graphical EPG, press 2 , select the bouquet, use up/down cursor buttons and yellow/blue to navigate to channel/programme then press Green to add timer.

Or, press info, press yellow (single EPG) and use cursor up/down to navigate, and green to add timer.

Press info,then blue (multi EPG), select bouquet, use cursor up/down/yellow/blue to navigate and green to add timer.
