plugin browser problems

Hey. I can not download plugins in the plugin browser. it comes up:
"Sorry feeds are down for maintenance" and it's been like that since yesterday. anyone have a clue? (vix image 2,4)

I was also able to download plugins via the FEEDS earlier this afternoon before i left for work. so fine for me too.

Can you tell me your settings in 'Online update'?

Check your networks settings, you may not have a internet connection.
