Standby vs Deep Standby

Hi, has anyone managed to get the TM-Twin-OE into normal standby by pressing the power button as opposed to deep standby? The manual says button it is meant to toggle between operation and standby mode.

I can do it using the remote, but not the button on the receiver. Many thanks in advance.

Its not possible due to the hardware design.

as pointed out above the front power button on the TM Twin is hardwired to power the receiver off. This is a hardware feature and not controllable via software.
