Inadyn question....

Hi Guys,

I've had Inadyn configured and working without a problem using my no-ip account. The IP address is updating fine but I cant access the web interface using.....@zapto.org. When I try I simply get an error saying the page can't be found.

I can access web interface from my LAN (using 192.168.x.xx:xxxx) without a problem.

I'm assmuing there may be a router / firewall issue as this problem has only occurred since I changed y home router. Can anyone help?

Have you setup up port forwarding on your router again to include all the ports required to access the box? Like 21 for ftp 23 for telnet and your http port which you can find from menu/plugins/open webif

Hi mate,

Yes, port forwarding is set up. I've forwarded the port set up in openwebif and this seems to be working as I can access Openwebif using my LAN IP address if I'm connected to my home network. I'm having the problem when I try to connect fro a computer away from my home network.

several reboots of the router later and it seems fine!no settings changed but all is good.
