I dont mean to sound disrespectful but help with what ?.

unless you give us more information about the problem we would just be guessing as to the cause of your troubles.
for example, whats your setup ? fixed dish, motorised ? does this happen on a few channels or all of them ? the more details the better.

No disrespect taken :) here's some info. i am fixed dish,it does it on all channels,i have 0% snr,and between 65 to 68% agc. sometimes my epg says whats on and sometimes it does,nt

Have you tried a rescan? Checked your dish alignment? Cable? LNB?

in the middle of re-scan,alignment of dish is ok by the bubble,traced cable back seems ok.how do i check lnb?

Connect another receiver if you have one, but I think the results of the re-scan would tell you.
