Timer Record issues with vix

Hi,
i am missing the end of my timed record programs. i am usually 5 mins out. but when i check the timer its showing its recorded 65 mins. so for example touch starts and finish at 8pm-9pm, the timer sets up for 7.58 and finish at 9.03. i have checked the clock on the vu+ and its correct.

any help will be greatful.

The times in the timer should be obeyed to; my boxes (all running ViX 2.4) indeed do that.
I take it you have set an extra pre-and after time (in recordings settings)? So make them a bit larger than.
