tm500 super

hi i have a tm500super the only image it will load is a gemini 4.7
but with this image the remote will not work so i can only get as far as pal and press green to save
tryed factory reset with chanel up and power button
it will reset but gemini image is still there
if i try to load another image it will load and just at the end it will give an error file ending 31 found looking for file ending 30
wrong file loaded

How are you trying to flash the image ? and have you tried using a null modem cable with the TM control centre software ?.

yes i am using the null cable i cannot use the mini web as i cannot find the tuner
