Spiderbox no signal

Hi,

Recently my spiderbox 9000 after powering keeps saying moving to astra 28.2e which is the location i'm on as i dont have motorised sat i keep getting no signal? I have done factory reset no luck i have setup dreambox in place of the spiderbox and got full signal but when i put back spiderbox no signal again anyboby any idea's?

Make sure its set to a single fixed dish and not motorised.

i have this problem started yesterday for no apprarent reason done factory reset whats puzzling is say i go on channel4 says no signal then go on channel4+1 works then go back to channel4 and then that works i have a motorized system reset lat and long on box even tried doing the patch again
