Service Search help needed

Hi, I would need your help guys.

I want to search services on Eurobird 9A.

I have the dish installed.

I see quite a lot of channels but I would like to see (I use it for work) Europe by Satellite (EbS and EbS+)

My VU+ Solo used to have it but I certainly messed it up and I cannot find it.

Parameters of the service: Freq: 11900,1 Horizontal FEC 2/3 DVB-S2 symbol rate 27500

I set it in manual search but no service is found.

What can be wrong?

Your settings are correct but can you check you have 8PSK selected and not QPSK under modulation when doing a manual scan
