How to install them and where?
Also, can i instal them directly to flash and not to usb/hdd?

If you use a USB stick plugged in rear, create a folder in the root called picon. Wouldn't advise putting the on HDD as you HDD will need to spin every time the infobar appears. Or you could put them in the flash providing its not thousands of picons. In the flash (off the top of my head) Usr/share/Enigma2/picon (that was off the top of my head).
@ stanley1, media/cf would place them in the flash.

well i just downloaded picons from their server and picons work. Are they any good?
I also tried to make folder picon in /usr/share/enigma/ but it dosnt work. I used lichter picons. I put 0755 to all files and folder.
Any ideas?

ok, i found out that picons are located in picon folder in root.
How many picons can i have in flash? I have now 3700 picons :D

i just downloaded them via openpli server and thats it.
oh ok, which set have u downloaded and will manage to get it somewhere
