How to get teletext?

I have my Sky card in my box - Is is possible to get Sky Text up?
If i press text button i just get 100 200 300 numbers showing.

I may be wrong but you could get the bog standard analogue version of teletext but the sky text service is a different kind of data and not available at the moment.
